SC/ST വിഭാഗക്കാര്ക്ക് 5 വയസ്സും, OBC ക്കാര്ക്ക് 3 വയസ്സും, PWD വിഭാഗക്കാര്ക്ക് 10 വയസ്സും പ്രായപരിധിയില് നിന്ന് ഇളവ് ലഭിക്കും.

| Welder | Qualification: Pass in SSLC and ITI – NTC (National Trade Certificate) in the trade of Welder/Welder (Gas & Electric). Experience: Minimum of three years post qualification experience / training in the relevant trade. |
| Mechanic Diesel | Qualification: Pass in SSLC and ITI – NTC (National Trade Certificate) in the trade of Mechanic Diesel. Experience: Minimum of three years post qualification experience / training in the relevant trade. |
